Using this site
This site, lujiajun.com, is run by me, Lu Jia Jun, a Financial Adviser Representative of Great Eastern Financial Advisers Private Limited (GEFA), RNF No. LJJ300837068. You can check my registration on the MAS Register of Representatives. By using the site, you agree to these terms. How I handle personal data is covered separately in the privacy policy.
General information, not advice
Everything on this site, including the articles, guides, checklists, calculators, the PEAK framework pages and any emails you get from signing up, is general information only. It is not financial advice, and it is not an offer or a recommendation to buy or sell any product. It doesn't take your objectives, financial situation or needs into account.
I only give a recommendation after a proper fact-find, as a representative of GEFA and under GEFA's processes. Please don't act on anything here without that, or without advice from another licensed adviser.
Investment-linked policies and their sub-funds are not capital-guaranteed. Their value can go down as well as up, and you may get back less than you put in. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future performance.
Calculators, simulations and illustrations
The calculators and charts on this site are simplified illustrations built on assumptions, many of which you choose. They are not projections, forecasts or guarantees. Real markets, CPF rules and your own circumstances will differ.
The free Policy Snapshot is a factual summary of what your own statements show, as at their date. It is not a recommendation: nothing is sold during the walkthrough call, and any recommendation needs a full fact-find first.
Terms of sale for digital templates
- What you get: the Excel template or bundle described on the shop page, as an instant download after payment.
- Price and payment: prices are in Singapore dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe.
- What you need: Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet software. Some features may not work in every program.
- Licence: each purchase is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't resell, share, publish or pass the files off as your own. Using them with your own family is fine.
- What the templates are: educational tools. Your results depend on the numbers and assumptions you enter, and they are not advice or a recommendation.
Refund policy
14 days, no forms. If a template doesn't help you, email me within 14 days of buying it and I'll refund you in full.
- If a file is faulty or isn't what the shop page described, I'll fix it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
- To ask for a refund, email lujiajun@rep.greateasternfa.sg with the email address you used to pay.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 working days.
- Free resources and the free calculators cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund.
This policy doesn't affect your rights under Singapore consumer protection law.

The articles, guides, templates, illustrations and the PEAK framework materials on this site belong to me, unless they're marked otherwise. You're welcome to share links and quote short passages with credit. Please ask before copying anything more.
Other sites and services
Links to other sites, and services such as Stripe and WhatsApp, are there for convenience. I don't control them and I'm not responsible for their content or how they work.
Liability
I work hard to keep this site accurate and up to date, but I can't promise it's always complete or error-free. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss arising from relying on the general information, calculators or templates on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
I may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top will change when I do. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
